How to i reduce the pain in my fingers?
3 comments so farI've been overseas for a month and haven't played my guitar. This morning i was performing and experience such pain in the tips of my fingers. I know it's due to the fact that the callis (hard skin) has gone.
I have a performance in a couple of days and urgently need this pain to go. How do i go about this?
if you are a [ regular] player, you should not have this problem, even a month out, but you know the old saying, if you don't use it, you loose it ! try soaking them in alum……….

Soak you fingers in some Hydrogen Peroxide it kills pain and is very healing.

90% of the pain in the body is due to wind related problems. the natral behaviour of wind is mobility.thus when trapped they exert pressure on the surrounding area causing pain.
reduce gas forming food for a few days. this is long term measure.
by folding you fore finger to touch the base of thumb, is called vayu mudra, this redirects wind and gases in the body and promotes its mobility due to relaxsation of surrounding muscles. this is a instant relief method. just ry it with faith. the first thing you will notice is the movement of digested food in your intestine, with relaxsation in the neck and chest area. this is if you are doing it right. that means don't press the fingers too hard just gently touch them.
