How to get rid of bloated belly, beside drinking lots of fluids?

4 comments so far

I exercise regularly 4x/day with combination of aerobic & anaerobic exercises. I don't drink sodas/sugary beverages. I try my best to stay away from salty foods & my best to eat healthy. I'm not fat or skinny, just a bit muscular w/ lil fat deposits in those common areas. My main problem right now is I've been feeling very bloated lately, esp. around the tummy area. I try to drink lots of water/tea whenever I feel bloated. But it doesn't really do anything except making me visiting the restroom more than I'd want to =(. Is there any other ways to get rid of a bloated belly FAST beside drinking lots of fluids & taking OTC diuretic pills? What are some SPECIFIC foods to AVOID? Please don't just say the general terms such as carb, salty, or sugary foods. I need carb since it's the only source of energy for the brain. I like fruits & they contain natural sugar. I'd appreciate if y'all can help me out. I'm sure this is a common problem that most women go through. Thanks.

Drinking lots of water wont make you bloat. Water retention is caused by some factors. Mainly, you retend water when you drink less water. Thats why, you need adequate water intake so your body wont compensate for the very little water you take in. Drink adequate amount of water. Second, water retention is also caused by high sodium intake. The sodium or the salt you take in will only regulate the fluid in your body. Second suggestion, dont take in "too" much salt. It will make you bloat. Try looking at your salt intake, there are alot of hidden salt in foods. Avoid too much salt, it will really help alot.

No actually, drinking too much fluid MAKES you bloated. I would say from my experience, just dont eat for about 2 hours and you will begin to notice change.

Avoid all the MSG containing foods. This means all the fast food.
    California burger is without MSG.
Aspartame dont have it means all the diet drinks.

Bread stop all except corn bread

Search for cidpusa website and read their diet
